On Friday 25th March 2022 The Psychologists Protection Society invited  PPS Ambassador Shane Buckeridge and PPS Customer Care Manager Ewan Murray to speak on the topic “Managing Complaints, Key Learning”. This session was part of The Psychologists Protection Society’s 2021 Annual General Meeting and was held online.

Session Outline:

Using over 45 years’ experience of supporting members dealing with complaints brought against them, this presentation will outline the  issues facing therapists & will detail key areas you need to consider in your developing practice. The presentation aimed to be a mixture of information sharing and interactive case study material to help consider your practice. The event proved very popular, with over 130 therapists joining in to this live online event. Two videos of the sessions have now been produced.
